Background:
Katjang Pedis is a gem from the Utrecht hedo-underground since 2011. Previously underestimated by the dominating night live patriarchy, she found refuge in the Berlin left field techno scene (2014). It is there where she found space and playtime for deep digging musical exploration in hedonistic gatherings, exploring the depth of all sounds disco. From balearic slow to indie dance, driving from dark to space disco. From dusk to dawn, and back again. Playing for crowds, clubs and festivals of the likes of Sisyphos, Rummels Bucht and Fusion festival, her alternative dance floor spots harvested an impressive variation of gig experience.
