CHRISSIE

Based in Amsterdam, Chrissie is a young creative entrepreneur, producer, musician, and DJ submerging from the it’s new generation of rave music and positive-activism. Pushing the local scene’s boundaries by shaping a new, high energy, endorphins releasing sound with her collective and platform Opposite Square where she offeres DJ’s and audience a musical playground as she invites them with the intention of letting go of all self-taught boundaries creatively, and just have fun. The latter has proven itself to be highly infectious so make sure to catch the steps she is making with her music and events, as this will have great impact on the electronic music scene you are currently enjoying your dancing in.

Currently living under the wing of The Other Side agency, she is a Doka homebrew that is to be found in the local alternative night-scene with a slight inclination to it’s queer side. In 2023 she has her “Self-named” EP expected to be released, with a B-side of high energy, light, Jungle and Rave-infused Techno, stemming from an A-side of the same-titled tracks, but still in their original form in a somewhat James blake-esque produced, modern alternative electronic Soul sound.
